The 5th Mantra - Everyone can communicate!

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step and when like-minded people get together, the step becomes easier to take and the journey a lot more meaningful. 

This is how “The 5th Mantra” became a reality in 2021, with the coming together of 3 dynamic women with a shared dream, to help individuals become powerful and effective communicators.

The dream wasn’t an easy one, against the backdrop of several challenges during the pandemic, but the passion and dedication of the team made it possible. Thus was born the revolutionary concept of The Communication Fitness Studio, to help professionals discover how human skills can help them build stronger rapport with others leading to positive outcomes for teams and organisations. Along with this team, you will learn pathbreaking approaches to handle conversations with greater confidence, understand behavioural styles and enhance leadership skills.

In the Brand name, the numerical 5 symbolises Versatility and Originality while Mantra stands for Affirmation for Growth. The logo of Tally Marks conveys Simplicity, Accuracy and Ease of Implementation. The colours of Royal Blue and Yellow have been chosen with great care to represent Intellect, Quality and Elegance.

Meet The Team

Junie George Varghese

Junie George Varghese is a Communication & Emotional Intelligence Coach. Having been a communicator for over 18 years, she was chosen as the Top 10 Communication Coaches to follow in 2021 (Yahoo Finance). 

Her coaching sessions in Empathy, Verbal & Nonverbal Communication have helped thousands of individuals break through their barriers in communication and build stronger rapport in their professional lives. She has conducted highly appreciated sessions in Body Language as guest faculty in several institutions. She has also trained over 1000 students and faculty members for Trinity College London Exams in Communication. Her EQ coaching clients include international sporting celebrities, corporate leaders and professional artists. Being a trained musician, singer, writer and voiceover artist, she keeps exploring creative ideas to help students and professionals strengthen their communication skills through a deeper understanding of their emotional states. She has completed her Masters in International Business from IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign Trade), Delhi and is certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), Extended DISC International and Dr. Richard Bandler’s Society for NLP. She is also a Trust Member in the EvXprts Foundation, Bangalore and a trainer with NPTEL (IIT Chennai).

Tehmina Khan

Tehmina Khan is a Strategic Learning and Development Leader with over 17 years of diverse experience in IT and ITES industry. This breadth of experience has enabled her to see business priorities through multiple lenses and to tackle various people’s issues.

Most of her experience has been with some of India’s best brands, such as Wipro Technologies and Genpact. 

She has been part of various Global Projects, managed multiple interventions across India and Middle East Countries. During these years, she has been able to hone her skills to understand the drivers of business performance, set the Learning and Development agenda to shape the outcomes of the business, and to work effectively in different cultures. She has led large scale change interventions, handled leadership development challenges, groomed high potentials and driven Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Her role in formative years as a Training Facilitator helped her understand how development interventions impact people at the frontline. Her leadership skills have helped her to build reliable & credible relationships and gain the trust & respect of key stakeholders by creating value. She has over 10+ years of consistent performance in Learning and Development leadership roles through all phases of business cycles – start-up, growth, stabilization, and restructuring. Currently She is engaged with Cliecon, an US based IT & ITES organization as Senior Vice President, and is also working as freelance volunteer for ICV – I Can Volunteer.

Shallu Goyal

Shallu Goyal is a former banker in a leading private sector bank where she has handled various key roles in the areas of Personal Banking and Credit & Risk Analysis. Her rich experience has shaped her strong people skills with a keen eye for details and powerful problem solving. 

She is known to be a persuasive communicator having experience in coordinating with cross functional teams. Her ability to take strategic decisions after quick analysis showcases her focus and clarity of thought. Her banking experience and the desire to help people has paved the way for her new role as a Happiness Coach. She has held numerous sessions to enable people to discover true happiness and live a blissful life.
